Turn up the health heat at Saltsauna!
Welcome to Saltsauna – a ‘pop-up’ sauna and plunge pool facility with a mission to bring all of the health and wellbeing benefits of sauna and plunge pool use to communities across Essex and Suffolk.
Please check our booking calendar for availability and ensure bookings are made at least 2 hours in advance so we can ensure the sauna is at the optimum temperature for your visit.
About Saltsauna
Our first flagship sauna is now open at the Harwich Space Community Centre in Harwich, Essex until the end of 2026. Sessions are charged at £12 per person for an hour’s use of the sauna and salt pool plunges. To book your visit click here or click the Book Now button below.
